I think they're about halfway between spaghetti and fettuccine? Like half of a fettuccine or so.

Ummmmm, let's see. Dashi stock, soy sauce, and mirin...probably we can find all of those in Caihong somewhere. And then just other little things, onions or scallions, tempura flakes...things like that.
